Duplex Residences combine the simplicity of traditional Mediterranean style with details coming from all around the world. 

Spacious residences (80 m2 + 24 m2 terrace) are located on 1st and 2nd floor, with sea view and private entrance. 

The entrance hall leads to a spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area. Kitchen consists of a built in kitchen wall (fridge, oven, storage...) and a kitchen island (dishwasher, induction cooker, storage…). Living room opens to a large terrace with pergola shade, shading one from the morning sun. The terrace is featuring a sea view. On the terrace there is a lounge area and a dining space. In the living room there is a confortable sitting area, flat screen satellite TV and free WIFI. In the whole residence there is central air conditioning/heating. Across the downstairs toilet stone stairs are leading to the second floor and ending in a reading area. Two double bedrooms with romantic canopy beds (180 x 200cm) are situated on this floor. There is also a bathroom with double wash basin, walk-in shower, toilet.
