Residence (60 m2 + 24 m2 terrace) is located on ground floor, with secluded garden and private entrance. 

The entrance leads to a hallway and a spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen consists of a built in kitchen wall (American side by side fridge, wine cooler, oven, storage…) and a kitchen island (dishwasher, induction cooker, storage…). Living room opens to a terrace in the garden with a view to the surrounding greenery in the direction of the sea. On the terrace there is a dining set and a lounge area. From early in the morning till late in the afternoon there is sun shining on the shade pergola. 

In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with a wood burning stove, flat screen satellite TV and free WIFI. In the whole residence there is central air conditioning/heating.  Two bedrooms are situated at the back of the apartment, a double and a single one. Both bedrooms have terrace doors opening to the back garden and yet another terrace with lounge set. There is also a bathroom with a washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet.
