Large residence (120 m2 + 2 x 12 m2 terrace) located on 1st and 2nd floor, with sea view and private entrance. The entrance hall leads to a spacious living area on one side and an open kitchen and dining area on the other side. The kitchen is fully equipped  (2 fridges, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, washing machine…) Living room opens to a large terrace with linen curtains, shading one from the morning sun. On the terrace there is a dining space. In the living room there is a confortable sitting area, wood burning stove, flat screen satellite TV and free WIFI. In the whole residence there is central air conditioning/heating. Another part of living room is designed as a reading corner.

Next to the stairs there is a small bathroom. Climbing the marble stairs to the second floor a thick glass platform can be found offering a cosy study space with marvelous light.  Three double bedrooms with comfortable beds (180 x 200cm) are situated on this floor. One of the bedrooms is opening to a terrace with a magnificent sea view. There is also a bathroom with wash basin, walk-in shower, toilet. Light and natural colors are prevailing throughout the whole Osir residence. It is designed as a contemporary home away from home fusing modernity with global touches.
